SUBJECT: SciQuest Forms Update
TO: All Active Users
This weekend, July 16-17, the Jaggaer/SciQuest system will be updated. As part of this update, our input forms (Non-Catalog Supplies, Check Request, Blanket/Service Order, and similar forms) will be changed from the legacy presentation to Jaggaer’s New User Experience. This change will be similar to the upgrade of the Requisition and PO form that occurred several months ago. Ordering from punchout catalogs will not change.
The updated forms will have the same text, the same input fields, and the same functionality as the legacy forms. Only the appearance of the forms is changing. It is anticipated that users will adapt to these changes without difficulty.
However, for an interim period until the fall, there will be a button at the bottom of the new forms: View Legacy From. This button will revert the display back to the legacy view. Forms can be submitted successfully in either the new or the legacy format.

SUBJECT: New SciQuest Form for Temporary Staffing Requests
TO: All Active Users
At close of business this afternoon, a new form will be added to SciQuest/Jaggaer: a Request for Temporary Staffing. This new form will be used to request temporary staffing from any of the agencies listed below. The completed form will contain all the data needed for Human Resources to review and approve the request, plus all the data needed for the agencies to fill the request. Workflow will automatically route the orders for the required university approvals. The new form will be found adjacent to the Check Request form in the Shopping Showcase.
Requests for services from the agencies below must be made on this new form. Check Requests, Non-Catalog Supplies, and Blanket/Service Orders submitted for these vendors will be automatically returned.
