SUBJECT: SciQuest/Jaggaer Downtime
TO: All Active Users
Tulane’s Oracle EBS will be down for an upgrade beginning Thursday at 3:00 PM through the weekend. SciQuest/Jaggaer integrates real time with TAMS, part of EBS. This integration will not be available during the upgrade.
Therefore, SciQuest/Jaggaer will be unavailable for processing during the EBS upgrade. Please complete any urgent requests in SciQuest/Jaggaer as soon as possible. You should exit the SciQuest/Jaggaer system by 3:00 PM on Thursday. It will be available again on Monday morning.
Please be aware that any SciQuest/Jaggaer orders that are in process prior to the downtime WILL NOT be lost. They will complete when the system is back on line. Do not duplicate any orders that you submit prior to the downtime.
Thank you
